Jesus Barraza
20 x 26 – 6 color, Handmade Screen Print
Archival Wove Paper, Printed in Oakland, 2018
From the first month of the struggle to stop the Dakota Access Pipeline, I started screen printing 1 and 2 color versions of this poster that I would take to give away at rallies, sell to fundraise funds for the IP3 art tent, and I event send a stack of posters to the Oceti Sakowin camp. We even made made t-shirts (printed by RevoltSilkScreen.com) to give away at the camp when we visited in November 2016. This full color screen print was produced after the encampment ended as a way to commemorate the movement. These prints have not been sold and are only produced to give as gifts.
