This is one of the first prints I made at the first space we had for the Taller Tupac Amaru, This was when I was first getting the hang of all the new equiment we had recently aqquired. The image of Lolita Lebron was taken from her arrest in 1954 for attacking the U.S. House of Representatives, an act that for me represents the struggle for a Free Puerto Rico that has the ability to determine their future. This is a struggle that continues today, people are still fighting to have autonomy on their land.
