Sandra Pachecho is engaged in a struggle with the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) because she dared to question the process and practices of pay equity and advancement at the institution. She has been put on unpaid leave during the process and is now asking her community to support her as she fights back against being pushed out of her position. I designed this graphic in solidarity Sandra who does so much to support our community.

If you would like to support I am also sharing the steps for taking social action:

1. Print and take a selfie with the poster
